By downloading, installing, or using any mobile application published by LIOX LABS LLC ("we," "us," or "Liox Labs"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our apps.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our apps are provided "as is." Features may change, and we may add or remove functionality at any time without prior notice.
Some of our apps may require you to create an account or sign in. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree not to share your account with others or let anyone else access it on your behalf.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

All content, designs, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks in our apps are owned by LIOX LABS LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our apps without written permission.
Content you create using our apps (such as enhanced photos or generated videos) remains yours, subject to any third-party rights that may apply.
Some of our apps offer premium features through in-app purchases and subscriptions. These are processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not handle your payment information directly.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the change is made, and you will be notified in advance.
Your privacy matters to us. Our use and collection of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our apps, you agree to our data practices as described there.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our apps at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users or our business.
You may stop using our apps at any time. If you have an active subscription, cancellation of the subscription is separate from deleting the app — see Section 6 above.
Our apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of our apps.
We do not guarantee that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use our apps at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIOX LABS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our apps shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LIOX LABS LLC, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our apps or your violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
