Open the app and go to Settings (or the subscription/paywall screen). Look for a "Restore Purchases" button. Tap it while signed into the same Apple ID or Google account you originally used to make the purchase. If the restore doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the internet and using the correct account. Still stuck? Email us with your receipt or order confirmation and we'll sort it out.
Subscriptions are managed through your device, not through our apps directly.
iPhone / iPad: Open Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions. Find the app and tap Cancel Subscription.
Android: Open Google Play Store > tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Find the app and tap Cancel.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You need to cancel through the steps above to stop future charges.
Send an email to hi@lioxlabs.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the app name and the email address associated with your account (if applicable). We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been deleted.
